1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Giveaway Period

Comment on the giveaway post with the best skin, hair, or self-care advice they received from their mother
Tag their mom or someone who inspires their self-care routine
Each participant may enter once. Incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, or late entries will not be eligible.
3. Prize
Three winners will each receive one Kamedis product bundle of their choice, including eligible Kamedis products such as:
Dandruff Therapy Shampoo 200 ml
Eczema Therapy Cream
Multi-Purpose Relief Gel
Conditioner
Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Kamedis reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.
4. Winner Selection
Three winners will be selected by Kamedis after the giveaway ends, based on the originality, creativity, and relevance of their comments.
6. Release of Liability (Missing – important)
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Kamedis Inc., its affiliates, employees, and agents from any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.
Kamedis’ decision will be final.
The winners will be contacted by Instagram direct message from the official Kamedis account only. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, Kamedis reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
5. Shipping
Prizes will be shipped within the United States only, provided that each winner supplies a complete and accurate shipping address and all required contact details.
Kamedis is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected shipments due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided by the winner.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this giveaway.
7. General Terms
Kamedis reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the giveaway if necessary.
By entering, participants grant Kamedis the right to use their name, Instagram handle, submitted content, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
