Not for the sensitive scalp. However, I love it. I have thick hair, so it's nice to have this to reach down through all that hair onto my scalp.

I love the way the brush feels on my scalp and I use it every time I do my hair. However I have yet to figure out how to open the top to add the shampoo. No matter what I try, I can't do it. My husband has even tried to open it. Are we just idiots who can't figure this out?

I love the shampoo massager. I just put my shampoo inside the dispenser which is great no more reaching for shampoo bottles while washing. Same for conditioner. It also helps control the amount of waste, my shampoos and conditioners last longer. I used it and was in heaven the massage for my scalp was great, felt good, and most importantly my scalp was squeaky clean after using. I will never wash my hair without it. I love it. The best thing invented.
